Please don't beat me up

For those of you I may have upset my just vanishing from my blog, I am sorry please don't beat me up. Hey I could use some help out there guys. I need a logo or header for my podcast but I cannot draw and am not great with graphic design so if you can help or have any ideas please let me know. It's nice to back guys. I missed my blog and all of you guys.
