Hey guys, as most of you are aware I have been just posting links here on blogger to my other articles through the Triond site, a very shrewd way of getting my view up on that site. I know I'm awful, but hey, I'm fat, crippled, bored and in need of a little ego stroking so I take what I can get. But this post, this post right here, eye listeners, this one is for you....... if you care. I am glad to be writing again, I just could not get my self into the place I needed to be to write a good piece or really any piece. But that all changed for me, I got motivated and juiced up to throw my fingers to the keypad once again and litter the inter-webs with my custom brand of personal imagery.

...Of the Day

The TV show of the day is a tie between Expedition Impossible and America's Got Talent, Great shows and here is a bonus, If you have not checked out Haven and are a Sci-Fi fan of any sorts I highly recommend this show.

Music of the Day is Ozzie anything Ozzie but in particular Blizzard of OZ and Diary of a Mad Man which hands down is his best work.

And for Movie, well to be honest I haven't even seen this flick yet but the trailer got me hooked and I will watch and review it very soon and that's, David Hyde Pierce's The Perfect Host which looks just amazing.

A quick update

Hey guys, I know I have been neglectful recently and I am sorry for that, it's just with everything with my health and stuff I just have not felt very good in a while. Does that give me an excuse not to post, No. It's not like I am doing much, truth be told I have been sitting around basically bored for a few weeks now, but I just can't seem to get that spark to write anything, and honestly I don't know why. I have a good group of people who read my stuff, I have over 1500 hits on this site and I was generating a good following on Triond. But I just can't seem to get going recently, I have ideas, I have thoughts and opinions like always but I just can't put the key strokes in to relay them to the world. I feel horrible constantly and I can't sleep right and ...I don't know I just don't feel.....right ya know. I am always tired it seems, I wake up tired to do things around the house tired and I go to sleep ...tired just to start the process all over again the next day. All I can say is I will try to get going, I will try to reach out a bit more. But it's funny when it comes to writing, this has always been my MO, in fact 10 years ago I had a contract with a start up Fantasy Publishing company to write a book that I was working on, and ya know what happened? I almost got sued because about 190 pages in to a proposed 350 page book I hit the wall, I just stopped, still had ideas but I just couldn't go on and I still can't figure out why. But here we are 10 years later and I am still doing the same things, the real funny thing is that it only happens with writing, I have never quit anything else in my life, Half of my body is ,when it comes to nerves, basically useless all because I wouldn't stop I had to keep on pushing through, and that led me to a cane and walker by the age of 26. But Like I said I will try you guys and I mean that, thanks for all the concerns and the well wishing, and I promise good things are coming soon.

Hey everyone, just wanted to put this out there for those who care, I have early onset diabetes it turns out and that is not a big deal at all, no medication, no shots or anything like that, I just need to watch intake. If that wasn't good enough news I also found out that my Cancer test results came back and I am good, So I just wanted to say to everyone that supported me through this very difficult week, Thank you, it really meant a ton to me. It's funny the things you think about when your mortality is put to the test. I really am sorry about the no posts of late, I just have felt real bad recently and I love writing and it wouldn't be right to just poop out garbage for you guys, you deserve better than that, but the posts are coming so stay tuned eye listeners.

No Big Deal.

Well guys for those of you who read my blog and my last post, and for those who care but didn't read it. I just got my results back from my Doc. about the Cancer and it turns out I do not have cancer YEAH, I just had a real nasty infection that elevated a certain type of antibodies that mimic what cancer does, so I'm clear there but still have to find out what type of diabetes I have, I'll keep you posted.
